Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the return just in case. 

We take returns very seriously- all items are carefully inspected for foul odors, deodorant marks, tears, pulls in fabrics as our quality in our garments are our top priority. If any of these are found in your return, it will be declined.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can send replacement or offer other solutions.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most items listed qualify for the returns unless otherwise stated on the listing with "FINAL SALE".


Exchanges

We offer exchanges as long as the item is available by the time we receive the merchandise. If the item becomes unavailable we can offer replacement of other colors, if we cannot get in touch with you by any means a default refund will be processed.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We process your returns the following day after receiving and will be notified via email of the accepted return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note - shipping fees are not refunded. We offer free returns and exchanges should an item not fit correctly or you wish to change for another item. These will still be inspected to be received in a sellable condition. Should you have any questions please reach out.Â
